Zodat je kunt verkennen of dit iets voor je is. Samen met mijn Buurman Dave faciliteer ik wekelijks vanaf september tot december aan Meanderlaan 139 een ulab.
Ulab is een samenwerkvorm gebaseerd op theory-u dat het proces van systeemverandering faciliteert op basis van bewustzijn. Ulab focust zich op individueel leiderschap omdat daar een belangrijk deel van verandering zit.
In u-lab breng je een persoonlijk of werkgerelateerde uitdaging in. Aan de hand van dit vraagstuk leer je werken met tools van uit theory-u. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan diepere niveaus van luisteren, vragen en antwoorden/dingen terug geven. Heel waardevol want het geeft dieper inzicht.

Ulab 1x is a personal leadership learning journey, to unite head heart and hand in the service of systemic change, regardless of sector background or salary.
This evening Dave and Anneke will introduce anyone that is interested to a taster evening for the free 6-12 week course that takes place from the end of August 2023.
Ulab 1x is partly an online learning programme sponsored by MIT and the U-School. We intend to convene an Oosterwold Ulab 1x hub to put the learning materials into practice together in a small like minded community.
Over 200k people around the world from all backgrounds sectors and professions have done the course. Come and taste the special atmosphere of Ulab 1x!
